		<description>1. Go to the formatted doc
2. Hit Ctrl+A - Select All
3. Right Click - Copy 
4. Open a new Word Doc
5. I have MS 2007 so this is what I do: Home - Paste dropdown - Paste Special - unformatted text

This should give you what you want. 

You can also copy all (1,2,3) and
4. Open Notepad
5. Paste
