First Job Interview at Starbucks Tomorrow – Help!!?
I asked my mom to pick up an application for me at Starbucks tonight and she did. She said the workers were really nice – the guy working said that they are really desperate for workers; he gave her the times the manager was in and two applications (he did on his own.. incase I mess up 
The questions are:
Have you ever visited a Starbucks Coffee location? Where? Describe your experience.
*This is what I’m thinking of writing, but I need your help to make it better.
Yes – My first visit to a Starbucks Coffee location was in Kamloops, BC. (*do I include the year? 2007) It was a memorable experience. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming.
Why would you like to work for Starbucks Coffee?
(*not entirely sure what to say here – I want something I can enjoy? or I like working with people/with a team)
Describe a specific situation where you have provided excellent customer service in your most recent position. Why was this effective?
A specific situation where I have provided excellent customer service in my tutoring postion was during January exams. I aided the student for seven hours the day before her test (would I put her like, her lowest mark exam – it was.. her science and math exam on same day) – and the tutoring proved successful as the pupil’s grade was with the top of her class and her overall mark improved dramatically.
They also said to bring a resume – these are rough photos of my resumes – I made two, not sure what you’ll think of them:

How can I look older? like, any tips at all – how should I wear my hair? Makeup? What should I wear? I think I look like I’m 10 so this sucks – lol.. I really want this job! and I want the other workers to like me.

Be honest. Whatever you write will come back to you later. I think you should go to a resume site and have them correct it and make it appear appealing. Don’t worry too much though..starbucks isn’t too picky. My cousin got a job there and she is a…AHEM excuse me.

Okay-first your grammar/sentence skills need some work. How old are you?
When answering the application questions, you do not have to start the answer by repeating half of the question. For ex.-instead of saying what you said-"Yes – My first visit to a Starbucks Coffee…" You should of simply wrote-"I visited a Starbucks located in…X city"
Next, you wrote "A specific situation where I have provided excellent customer service in.." You should of just started at tutoring services…. and went from there.
Why are you worried about how to look older and how to wear your hair if you are just working there? Clearly you are too immature and focused on looks. Try to be more professional!
