Please check If I have any mistake?

My way of eating is quite healthy because Persian food uses mostly all natural and healthy ingredients and oil is added only infrequently. I follow the outline of the food guide, but not on purpose; mostly I just eat what I like. I eat the normal and necessary amount of vegetables, fruits, dairy products, grain products, and meat products, and I enjoy what I eat. The only thing I need to improve is consumption of junk food. When there is nothing appealing to eat, I occasionally have chips and noodles. When I feel really hungry and also when my wallet feels full, I like to eat out. McDonald’s is one of the food chains I go to, but my favorite is Subway.Everyone, no matter their age, height, weight, natural abilities or skills, needs to learn that physical activity is fun and it does not have to be competitive. I think Goal-setting is part of any change process and helps youth monitor themselves and measure their own progress. I need to increase the time that I currently spend on physical activity starting with 30 minutes more per day.

If you think i need to add more info please help me but i think i need to add more info to explain how i can improve my physical activity and set a goal for increasing activity.

Generally, I unintentionally eat a balanced diet because the foods I like are considered to be healthy. I enjoy vegetables, fruits, dairy products, grain products, and most types of meat. Sometimes I regress and eat junk foods but not often. I sometimes eat fast foods; but usually choose Subway over McDonald’s. Everyone, regardless of age, height, weight, skills, or natural abilities needs to participate in physical activities. Goal setting is a part of any change process and helps people to monitor and measure their own progress. I have found that if I start out devoting just 30 minutes a day to exercise, I am able able to double that amount within just a few weeks
