What is the best way to mention "unofficial" job functions on a resume?

For instance –

You work for a small business as a salesman and..

You have no IT department, but you maintain the computers and networks.
or
You fix any mechanical problems with tools or equipment
etc.

But it’s nowhere in your job description, but yet you’re the "go to" person for these issues.

Its not like when they check your references your old boss will say no he didn’t do that if you did. You can put it under skills or as the highlights of the job. But that is why you have a resume in the first place. Because you can say you were Director of Accounts. But no hiring managerreally knows what that means until you describe it on your resume.

You can list all of your responsibilities / accomplishments. Doesn’t matter if they were official or not. (Don’t bother flagging them one or the other, either.)
