Is my “technical skills” formatted correctly for a resume?

Technical Skills:

•Operating Systems: Windows
•Languages: HTML and CSS
•Database: MySQL, Access
•Applications: Adobe Dreamweaver CS4, R for Statistical Computing
•Microsoft Office: Excel , Word, Powerpoint
•Google Tools: Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Google Docs

I’m not a computer person, but when I use bullet point I try to keep it to no more than 3 words per bullet. For example:
–Microsoft Office
–Google Tools

You can expand more during the interview. The resume is something where you need to get to the point quick.
