Resume Writing Advice

I’ve been out of the workforce for about 5 years and now a job opportunity has come up and I need to update my resume and write a cover letter. I did a search under "resumes," and a lot of sites came up. I’m just wondering if anyone has any experience with these sites and can tell me which ones are actually worth looking at.
