Do you really want random people calling your references out of the blue? How good a recommendation would you get if someone caught your friends/colleagues off guard? Would they even take the call? I handle that after an interview when I can give my references the name of the person who will be calling, and what to expect. If its a situation where you HAVE to give references, do it in your cover letter.<br><b>References : </b><br> I would never put references on a resume.
