Using microsoft word 2007 resume builder and can’t figure out how to add references?

I would never put references on a resume. Do you really want random people calling your references out of the blue? How good a recommendation would you get if someone caught your friends/colleagues off guard? Would they even take the call?

I handle that after an interview when I can give my references the name of the person who will be calling, and what to expect. If its a situation where you HAVE to give references, do it in your cover letter.

A "resume builder" should have a section for references near the end if it is any good. Never actually seen a resume builder myself. When you get past a certain age, creating your own resume is kind of automatic without the need for any software or program
