I have found one of my previous jobs on careerbuilder.com, but might i suggest you go to Jobing.com. I like that one alot better, and that is where i found my current job (bank teller) There are alot of different job categories you can choose from and there's always new ones posted everyday! Careerbuilder and jobing.com work just like a newspaper. If you see an ad you like, you call/email them...and you set up an interview date! Alot of well known companies/organizations advertise their jobs on these sites more and more. (And no, these are not just the jobs that no one wants such as telemarketing and commissions. There is everything from banking/admin/social services/childcare/finanace/legal/insurance/automotive/computers....EVERYTHING!)

GOOD LUCK!
References :
i was also disappointed with such websites and I would not trust these type of interviews where you have this general set time. Those are jobs that no one wants like insurance and telemarketing, where you work on commission often. I had much better luck going to company websites, then find the jobs they had posted on their own websites. They also often have emails and numbers for human resources. I know it can be frustrating, just be persistent! Don't be afraid to go back to the newspaper ads, most companies still use that and the internet to reach a larger audience.
References :
the Sunday job section in the papers works for me.lots of companies do or will not look online.
References :
poobah
