		<description>Definitely keep looking.  Just be careful that you don&#039;t apply to an ad that&#039;s from the same company or one of their related companies.
I don&#039;t know why they&#039;d ask you to suspend your search unless they&#039;re afraid you&#039;d find a better job.  In which case they should make an offer to you first.
