PMI, Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) – Provide Job Search Advice for a Junior PM.?

I’m going to have my CAPM certification next month. Currently job searching in many industries – exp in Govt, Edu, Digital Advertising, Mkting, and Sales environments. Any solid advice as to who hires at the Junior Project Manager level? (Companies, job titles, pay scales, suggestions)

Govt hires at lot of experience, private sector hires asst/jr PM with 3-4 yrs experience in Project plan, visio, team work. IT firms, retail and sales cos hire a lot.
