Good job websites, Delhi placement/ exec. search firms & industry wise company lists for India?

I have relocated to India after a stint in the US. I would request your help in these 3 basic things:

1) Good job websites for resume posting, company lists, etc.
I would like to know of some good websites for job search. I have already found out websites like Naukri, Monster India, Shine, jobsahead. Please mention any other websites that you have found useful for leads, company information etc.

2) List of placement consultants, executive search firms.
Is there a website or book that I can use for finding out the placement consultants, executive search firms in all major indian cities especially Delhi, Mumbai & Bangalore? Also, if possible I would like to know if there are any particularly good consultants in the field of corporate finance, commercial banking, corporate banking.

3) List of companies based on industry or sector.
I would like to research companies, visit their websites and apply for jobs online. Is there a website where I can find list of Indian companies in each sector or industry for example pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Banking, etc?

4) List of BPOs/KPOs in and around Delhi region.
