Can I have a recruiter search for another job for me?
I got the job i’m at now (IT field) through a recruiter. I have worked here for 4 months and the job just isn’t for me. I searched the recruiting company’s site and have found several jobs that fit what i’m looking for.
Is it OK to ask the recruiter That i want to switch jobs and to have her set me up for interviews or will they frown upon that?
