Is a hand-written resume and cover letter considered unprofessional?
I received a resume and cover letter. Very good details, really nicely written and neat. I will hire the person. However, it struck me odd in this day in age that it wasn’t printed. So I wanted to ask how you guys feel about hand-written cover letters and resumes? I mean it might not look as good as a resume printed, but is that a good enough reason to not hire someone?
Give the writer credit! It got your attention, didn’t it? And isn’t that you want your resume to do!
Give the person credit for being creative, and I hope he (or she) works out well for you.

Most companies would probably just discard a handwritten one-so good for you to see beyond that. However, almost all sites state please submit {typed} resume etc
