		<description>this is a tough situation for you... you KNOW you can do the job they want, but you have no tangible references.

step1: figure out what you would say to them face to face to convince them that you are what they want!

step2: put that in resume form (extra curriculars, awards, list raising kids in your job list, etc... whatever it takes).  if you can&#039;t figure out how to get it down in a nicely formatted resume - put it in the cover letter!

step3: organize the resume so that the answers to any criticisms they may have are placed at the top - where they&#039;ll read it first, and that will tear any defenses down so they can read the rest of your credentials unbiased.
