since this is my first resume, and i’m willing to find the first job in my life. what else do i need?

Good first effort. I would use Google to find some examples for the formatting (Yahoo Answers doesn’t allow you to post formatted text)
I am not sure what "Ontario Sim" is, but if it is your social insurance number, I would not include that on a resume since it makes life easier for identity thieves. The social insurance number is usually disclosed only after you are hired. Also check grammar and spelling ("I’ve been involveD in A "Peer Tutor" Program"…)
