How do you write a resume if you have no experience or achievements?
I’m 18 and want to start working but I have no idea How to Write a Resume since I have pretty much done nothing with my life. I hang out with friends,watch movies and I’m great with any video games, that’s about it.
You can’t and you don’t need to bother with a resume. Entry level positions, like fast food or retail, usually have an application that you fill out and hand in. Since they are ‘entry-level’ they don’t expect applicants to have much in the way of experience. But if you want to increase your chances, you should spend some time volunteering at a local charity so that you will be working towards gaining work experience for a resume and professional references.

Focus on your Academic and personal achievements. People don’t expect you to have years of experience by the age of 18. So write down what HS you went to, what you grades were like, any achievements you attained. Clubs you’re a part of. Teams, etc. Any awards you won. Volunteer work you’ve done. Hobbies.
Then make sure to write a friendly cover letter indicating exactly what you’re looking for.
