How do i write a resume?

i need help! i never had a job. the job i want to apply for says i need a resume. i dont want it to be blank =/

If you have never had a job and have no formal education, then there is no point in a resume. You would simply explain to them that this is your first job and therefore you have no resume. If they are asking for a resume, then they probably want employees with work experience.

First of all put your name and address at top
then put your objective stating and showing your vision for future.
    then put your skills
Then you can have your educational details and after that personal details
and at last you can show your hobbies as well.

I have a fair amount of experience with resumes, looking for a job as well as helping out my 2 teenage kids (and their friends) look for jobs. They’ve all gotten a job with no experience.

Yes, you can make a great resume, even if you have zero work experience. You have to start somewhere. As you get jobs, add it to your resume.Your resume will change every time you get a new job, take a course or add to your education.

There’s a great amount for me to share that can’t all be done here, but these are just a few pointers.

    - Include your skills (like anything to do with computers, if you are good at something specific, like assembling skateboards, things that might be relevant to the job you are applying for, etc.)
    - Focus on your personality traits! ‘Reliable, works well on a team, focused, enjoys working with people’ (that kind of thing)
    - Any volunteer experience
    - Have you helped a neighbor with gardening or fence painting? That can be included.
    - Education (if you are in school still, you can list the grade and school and your average-if it’s good)
    - Goals and Dreams-Maybe you would like to one day start your own company, attend university, become a Doctor (that kind of thing).

It’s important to create a resume as you WILL need one sooner or later.

Another really important thing that most people don’t know or think of is how their resume looks. (I’m talking about a physical resume-the one you would hand into the manager of a store kind of resume).
