Do you hate or love your job??? Taking a poll…?
I am on the verge of leaving my job because I soooo hate it….I dont want to dwell on negatives and because of financial responsibilities….I need to stay and cannot afford to quit at this time. But I hate this job so much….
I’m taking a poll to see how many people out there are on the same boat or if you have any advice….I know the grass is always greener on the other side and some people would kill for my job….
Maybe hearing other peoples experiences will help me handle mine….

Some days I hate it and some days I love it. I guess it just depends on the mood of the customers on that day.

I think there is a large group of people that are looking for other jobs because they hate their jobs. It could be a mean, stupid boss or co workers that are unpleasant A job can also be boring and grating.
If your boss is a puke before I throw in the towel I try to act professional and ask my boss how I am doing, What can I improve and how they can help me do this. Sometimes if you show your boss you care your boss may be more pleasant to work for and with.
Unpleasant co workers need to be disarmed with compliments and kindness. It may revolt you to do this but once you do you will notice that they loose interest in harrassing you.
As for the work itself perhaps once you establish a rapport with your boss you may be able to be considered for a promotion or at least a raise. Sometimes more money can make a dreary job seem better.
If all else fails look for another job but don’t expect it to not have any issues. The work place is dynamic and people interact and sometimes it does not turn out to be tolerable.

The company I worked for closed up and went to Germany February 29th of this year. Good, because I hated it!
