What can I do to choose a career?

Ok, I’m going to be a senior next year, and I have absolutely no idea what I want to major in college. I know I should start searching right now. I want to know what jobs are going to rise up in the next few years. How can I begin to look for a career?

First, take a well-known test called the "Strong Interest Inventory", perhaps through your High School. This test matches your bank of interests against the interests of individuals already successful in their field.

Go to seminars while in college, talk to career services, and go and talk to people from different departments. Its a big choice but you don’t have to make it in your first year of college.
