how did you choose what career path you took?

I am going to college in september and i have my interview tomorrow, i have to decided weather im going to do A-Levels or A Course. How did you pick what you wanted to do? Thank you.

I knew what i wanted to do when i left sixth form – so i picked the A levels which would allow me to do so.

It chose me; 2 years into a Fine Art degree at a good college, I had a baby, so after I’d graduated, it was Teaching. End of.

In choosing a career path, the first thing you should consider is "What do you really want to do?". College is just a mere 4-5 year (or more) episode of your life and finishing it (or not) would mean a great difference in the succeeding chapters so choose wisely.

What do you really want to do? Which areas in academe do you excel? What subjects do you find not so challenging for you? Look into a wider perspective. Think of not only in college but your LIFE.

I have just kept studying the stuff I enjoy and am good at and only now in the second year of uni started to get some idea!
