Resume Writing Advice

I already have a resume posted on Yahoo! hotjobs & on Monster, but I’m not having any luck. What am I doing wrong?

You know when you want to apply for a job via yahoo! hotjobs, the first step is submit your resume. So what is a resume? please help people

when i do searches, i see jobs that i have submitted to previously…(like a month or 2 ago)…but that job has been re-listed, BUT hotjobs does not provide me a link to submit my resume…HOW can i get that ‘reset’ from yahoo…or can i?
