I use to love my last job until they over turned the management and brought in a psycho b*tch that lowered the morale of the company to the lowest it has ever been.

Luckily I was laid off and not left to pick up the pieces.

*sigh* Society, these days… we all need to use our brain! I don’t get how a person does his or her job and hates it! You can’t do things well on things you hate because you hate them! If you want the job you love but the job you loved is a career, then go to college or finish college! I don’t get how you do something you hate so much and work end up not being well done!

That’s I am doing exactly that. I would prefer to save lives and feel that kind of satisfaction rather than be a worker bee following the same routine every day. I also believe that, in whatever you do, you should take pride in your work and do it to the best of your ability. That should always be taken into consideration as well.

see im trying to write a letter to my teacher about how they inspire me and how much i look up to them and stuff but i need help here’s what i got so far

I rarely have influences in my life.Until the day i met you. From the beginning i did not want anything to do with you, i never knew you.Now you changed me and the way i think about people .All my life i been looking for the right role model, or other words the right person to look up to. Now i don’t have to look anymore after being with you for four months i chose you to look up to.You’ve been teaching so much more than i ever imagined.Im glad that you’ve been teaching me, your so focused, and determined in what you do and makes me realize, how much you love your job. Like i said before i rarely have influences in my life
thanks for all your help

I think this is a very heart-felt letter. I don’t know how old you are, but if you’d like me to edit it for you, here it is:

Dear____________,

(Indent) Until the day I met you, I rarely had any influences
in my life. When I first met you, I didn’t know you and was wary to have anything to do with you. You were so special, though, and now you’ve changed me and the way I think about people. (new paragraph here)

(Indent) All of my life I’ve been looking for the right role model, someone I should really look up to. After being with you for four months now, I don’t have to look any further. You’ve taught me more than I could have ever imagined. (new paragraph here)

(Indent) I’m so glad you’re my teacher. You’re always so focused and determined in what you do. I’m learning that from you as well. It’s obvious how much you love your job. In fact, you don’t make it seem like you’re even working.(new paragraph here)

(Indent) Well, I just didn’t want to pass up an opportunity to tell a very important person in my life, just how special you are. Thank you for being you.

Sincerely, (or Fondly – or whatever closing you wish)
YOUR NAME

You should trying working at home. I have 3 friends that do it and I have recently started myself after seeing them make full time income from home. There are a lot of scams so be careful. The health benefits company I work for is legitimate and is partnered with major retailers for corporate discounts so that should say something about their validity. I am making good money to start. I know we can’t post links so if you would like more info email me and I will send you the link to check it out. I’m getting tired of the 9-5 routine and I can see this will help me get to the point where I can stay at home instead and work on my own schedule. Good luck!!!

Do you know anyone who is very work orientated? Family, friends etc..?

*sigh* I’m having a bit of trouble deciding on what I’m going to do now that I’ve finished high school. My family is very work orientated and it’s kinda of putting pressure on me to succeed. I want to do good for myself too though. But I’m just very indecisive when it comes to these things. Ha. Been anxious and stressing my brains out lately. I just really want to be like one of those people who wake up and really want to get working because they love their jobs so much!

Anywho

Thanks in advance ~
I’m sorry for anyone of you that have crappy situations and hope you the best for the future.

At the moment I’m waiting on doing a Graphics Design course, I feel it’s just perfect for me Hope I get in though, if not I will just wait a year and reapply next time. Either way I’m glad I’ve figured out the next step.

I don’t have a job.. However, starting next week, I will be a Assistant Professor for a Creative Writing Course and a few other English classes at a college here. ^_^
Bet they’ll love that a seventeen year old is teaching them.
Baahaha.

I want to get a job, though; sadly I cannot drive. Which makes things difficult because my mother refuses to drive me places (because, she’s "oh-so-busy") and I don’t really live in walking distance of anywhere I could work. Stupid suburbs.

If you were working in somewhere and you don’t like your work at all? what would you do, will you leave your work searching for better, or your will stay try to love what are you doing, or you will try to change your job in the same organization or other thing and what is it.

There are several ways of looking at it, just bear with me

a job is a means to an end: not everyone loves having a job/career, these people view that life is more than a job, they are not their job, their job provides them with money for the things they need and want.

their job is their passion: some people get to do what they love like actors, celebrities, novelists…

make the best of it: sure you should make the best of your job but you shouldn’t hate being there, there are good jobs and bad ones, making the best of it shouldn’t mean enduring a job that you absolutely hate.

before you go out into the world, why don’t you try doing something that you love each day. maybe its writing, drawing, playing with your dog, do something each day for yourself before you deal with the world.

You shouldn’t force yourself to love something, that wouldn’t be natural, I’ve quit jobs that I hated because I just couldn’t tolerate them. I used to work sales jobs but I hated selling, so I just decided to not take anymore sales jobs. Last month I interviewed for a job and when they were telling me that I had to sell, I just declined the job. I decided to go back to college to get my degree in graphic design.

Sometimes you can change jobs within the company, sometimes you’re better off getting a job elsewhere, and other times you can try to stay there and make the best of it. But don’t force yourself to like a job that you hate, in the end you will just be sorry that you stayed at a job that you hated.

How did I get so lucky? I love my job which will eventually become my career. Right now it’s a job because I don’t have the position I want. Just the atmosphere of my job and the people I get to see on a daily basis gives me a smile. I am working in the field/industry that my hearts passion is for. I know its only a matter of time til I reach my goal. I am at work right now and I just came to the realization that this is the best place ever. I am so happy here. Very few people get to do and experiance the things that I do. I feel very privileged. Life is great. I’ve been able to meet all the people I’ve looked up to for years and go to very private parties that I’ve only dreamed of.
Is anyone else as passionate or love their job/career as much as I do?
FYI, I’m only 20 and I am still in college with two jobs. One that is my passion and the other is one that I am licensed and certified to do and I really don’t like it there. The only reason why I took the job is because it pays very well and I don’t want to work a minimum wage job. I don’t hate it, it’s the easiest job ever but the thing is that it stresses me out because alot of my coworkers do not work to their ability and the workload gets shifted to me and the others who go above and beyond. I know that that job is not for me long term but its helping me save and supporting me while I work toward my passion. It’s funny how the job I love pays me decent but not great, and the job I’d love to quit pays me very well, well enough where I don’t want to quit

I own my own company and yes, I love doing the kind of work that I do. Chances are that the people you meet and the parties that you attend, might very well be the same circle of friends that I associate with and do business with daily, afterall, it is a small world!
